Wolf Alice
These photos are from various locations of Wolf Alice’s Australian tour, May 2022. I wanted to capture their live performances on black and white and expired/discounted colour films. The aim was to create photographs that would align well with their latest album, ‘Blue Weekend’. I wanted to produce something that felt similar to the band’s current creative direction, tone and visual feel so I played with overexposing highlights, colour shift and contrast from cross processed films.
Sleaford Mods
Sleaford Mods toured Australia early 2020. I photographed the portrait at Happy Mag’s studio in Newtown, Sydney for an editorial piece. I also photographed the duo at the Farmer & The Owl festival, Wollongong the same week.
Snail Mail
I had a portrait session backstage at Farmer & The Owl festival, Wollongong 2019. I was photographing Lindsey Jordan of Snail Mail as she called Stella Donnelly over to join in for a picture, Lindsey had a spare pair of red glasses for Stella to wear. This was the moment they decided to flip me the bird. Shot for Monster Children Magazine / Secret Service PR.

I’ve been lucky enough to have photographed Foals a handful of times, from Falls Festival to Lollapalooza. These photos are from their 2019 Australian tour in support of their sixth album, ‘Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost Part I’. These photographs are from their Splendour In The Grass performance and their sideshow at Hordern Pavilion, Sydney.
